Nescafe Sponge Cake

Modifying a normal Sponge Cake recipe into a Nescafe Sponge Cake by adding a pack of Nescafe Rich coffee pack. Very fluffy and soft Sponge Cake with a wonderful coffee aroma.

Nescafe Sponge Cake

(A) 2 egg yolks
70 ml water+ corn oil
50 gms Optima flour or Sponge Cake mix
50 gms plain flour or cake flour
1 pkt Nescafe Rich coffee or any brand instant coffee

(B)2 egg whites
50 gms sugar

Method: Mix ingredients (A) together till smooth.
Beat ingredients (B) till stiff.
Mix (A) to (B) and mix together till combine.
Preheat oven and bake at 180° for 25 -30 mins.
